Caraway cookware has an incredibly smooth and nonstick design. You can cook your meal with a bit of oil and butter. The leftover residue or food is often easily cleaned off with a simple rinse. Over the course, I cooked almost everything, including fried eggs, caramelized onions, chili, and white sauce pasta. Still, both caraway pans and pots are easy to clean. However, in some cases, I need extra support from nylon pot scrubbers.
